Chautauqua Harbor Hotel

The project included the construction, equipping, and furnishing of a 130,000 square foot destination hotel on the shores of Chautauqua Lake in the Village of Celoron, including guest rooms, event spaces, fitness and recreation facilities, dining and lounge areas, and seasonal outdoor amenities. Total investment exceeded $40,000,000, including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds awarded to the Village of Celoron by the New York State Office of Community Renewal in the amount of $734,000. The project resulted in the creation of 78 new jobs.
